Position Summary: The University of Dayton School of Law invites applications for a Full-Professor with tenure position to begin in August 16, 2020. 
Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must have tenure at a United States or International law school, a J.D. or the equivalent international law degree, a record of outstanding scholarship and publication in the fields of commercial or constitutional law, and excellent teaching evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications include: experience successfully mentoring students from underrepresented groups; demonstrated and successful experience working with people from diverse backgrounds; outstanding achievement in the legal profession outside academia; excellent communication skills; effective interpersonal skills with various constituencies; and an expressed willingness and enthusiasm to teach in and develop UDSL's hybrid online J.D. program and engage with Catholic and Marianist educational values.
