Position Summary:

The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for all administration activities associated with Active Directory management, Entra ID, and Intune. Will perform server administration of virtual and physical servers, maintain server hardware, change management, performance monitoring, and system maintenance. This position will provide senior-level support deploying, updating, and securing enterprise-wide applications and services. This position requires a high degree of technical capabilities, communication, and project management skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience and sound working knowledge of Active Directory architecture and
administration.
• 5 years of progressive IT experience.
• Windows server experience in an enterprise environment.
• Effective verbal and oral communication skill.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

• Bachelor Degree.
• 7 years IT experience.
• Higher Education IT experience.
• Entra ID, Intune, VMware, MS SQL.
• Industry Recognized Certification (Security+ or similar).
• Experience working with socially and culturally diverse communities.
