1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum of 8 years related work experience
3. Professional experience working within Development, Security and Operations (DevSecOps) frameworks and documenting research and development workflows for secure, scalable AI systems
4. Professional experience in DevSecOps practices and tools, with hands-on experience documenting secure development workflows, pipelines, and compliance requirements
5. Professional experience with source code version control systems such as Git, Subversion, or similar
6. Understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS GovCloud, GCP) and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
7. Understanding and experience with current Air Force R&D efforts in the area of Artificial Intelligence, Autonomy and Machine Learning with a focus on aerial refueling
8. Professional technical writing and documentation experience, including ovt R&D proposals and contract required technical reports
9. Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starting individual with a willingness to learn new skills. Examples of this include evaluating new development frameworks and tools, and finding and fostering connections between projects and technologies
10. Effective written and verbal communication skills
11. Active US SECRET (or higher) clearance
12. Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen
