This position is responsible for the planning, organizing and evaluating the daily operations of the University Registrar’s office. This position administers student enrollment activities and ensures functional use of the university system enrollment management system. In addition, this position performs professional duties to assist the Registrar in accomplishing the goals of the office and establishing high levels of service delivery. This role is necessary for ensuring the accuracy of student data/information, compliance with regulations and policies and support of student success at UD. The position is also responsible for overseeing all technical processes related to room and section scheduling, and the integration of these products into the student information system and reporting. Additional responsibilities include staff and faculty communication and training.

| Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's Degree Two years of administrative professional experience in higher education supporting students and campus constituents Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to promote inclusive excellence in the workplace

Master's Degree Knowledge of 25Live, Courseleaf CLSS and banner Demonstrated experience with student records in a student information system Effective interpersonal communication skills Strong commitment to customer service, organization, attention to detail, and communication and support of a collaborative team environment Proven ability to work with staff and students in a manner consistent with Catholic and Marianist values and principles Supervisory experience
