Position Summary: We are looking for a highly-organized administrative assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to division personnel, with limited supervision.
Daily operations will include, but not be limited to:
• Greeting and directing visitors
• Contacting employees regarding visitors
• Processing inquiries and directing calls
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail
• Document coordination, tracking, and filing
• Conference room calendar management
• Conference room set-up
• Meeting Minute Capture
• Office supply monitoring 
Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma and 3 years’ administrative experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software applications.
Demonstration of attention to detail.
Effective time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
Consistent, professional dress and manner.
Ability to work with a geographically separated team is essential.
Due to the government contracts supporting this position, US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

4 or more years’ administrative experience
Familiarity with DOD/AF Language
Demonstrated ability to write basic non-technical correspondence.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of assignments and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in proofreading and editing.
Ability to exercise independent thinking and problem solving.
