Position Summary: This position is responsible for programming and related activities including development, maintenance, testing, implementation, and product support for the Ellucian Banner ERP system and third party system enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Five years experience in an enterprise IT environment. Four years programming or developing business applications. Two years experience programming or working with SQL and PL/SQL. Ability to interpret complex SQL and PL/SQL in a production environment. Four years experience in programming or working with complex relational databases. Two years of systems analysis. Excellent command of the English language. Due to the nature of this position applicant must be either a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two years experience programming with the Ellucian Banner ERP system, including providing direct end user support. One year experience programming using Oracle database technology. Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or Business Administration. Experience using Groovy or Grails. Experience with UNIX. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with experience communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization; excellent command of the English language. Prior experience writing user documentation.
