Position Summary: This position is located at the Advanced Technology and Training Center-Middle Georgia, in Warner Robins, GA. 
The administrative associate, with limited supervision, is responsible for administrative operations and support to senior leadership. Daily operations include management of documents with creation, formatting, reviewing and editing, employee time cards, document tracking and training, calendar management, travel forms and document filing. Position also supports department with training/conference/seminar set up and execution.
Due to the nature of this position, US Citizenship is required
Minimum Qualifications:

- 4 years of Administrative Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of Microsoft office software
- Familiarization with timecards and time tracking
- Comfortable with technical concepts
- Successfully demonstrated clear communication skills
- Successfully demonstrated ability to work with persons of diverse backgrounds
- Highly organized and ability to adapt to a variety of assignments, multi task and meet deadlines
- Successful experience in analyzing and tracking office funds expenses
- Successful experience planning organizing DoD conferences
- Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
- Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

- 4 or more years of diverse, progressive administrative experience and training
- Experience and knowledge of military structure, contracts and processes
- Experience and knowledge of technical and military terminology
- Demonstrated ability to write basic non-technical correspondence
- Ability to exercise good judgment in performing duties assigned
- Ability to exercise independent thinking and problem solving.
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of SharePoint
