Position Summary: This position will be responsible for working as part of a diverse and skilled technical team to write and test software integrated with Data Links; to develop and test signal processing algorithms from concept to implementation; to rapidly integrate, test, and demonstrate hardware, such as data link radios, and software systems into a functional whole. The ability to obtain a United States SECRET clearance (or higher) is required for ongoing employment in this position.
Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field;
2. Familiarity with developing software solutions;
3. 3+ years of demonstrated, successful experience developing software using C, C++ and/or Java;
4. Due to the nature of this position, U.S. Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
2. 3+ years experience with data links, such as Link 16
3. Experience working with network protocols
4. Experience simulating data link solutions
5. Demonstrated, successful experience (academic or professional) programming in algorithm level languages such as Matlab/Simulink, Python or similar
6. Demonstrated, successful experience (academic or professional) developing software applications specifically designed for use in multi platform (e.g. Windows and Linux) environments
7. Demonstrated, successful experience (academic or professional) with source code version control systems such as Git, Subversion, or similar
8. Demonstrated, successful experience (academic or professional) with software development practices such as Agile, Scrum, or similar
9. Demonstrated, effective interpersonal skills
10. Active US SECRET (or higher) clearance
