Position Summary:

The Identify, Apply and Scale capability is the hub of the Rapid Sustainment Office and will be the lead in bringing together a comprehensive network of new technological methods, processes, and techniques. Success will come from our teamwork and mutual respect for each other’s talents and unique perspectives.

We are seeking an organized, efficient IT manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall planning, organization, and execution of all information technology within the IAS facility. The ideal candidate will work with other staff to carry out the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. This position will also lead the development team, serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects of each stage.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or related field
Min 3 years' of experience in managing IT systems
1 year min NIPRNET experience
Security+ Certification
Microsoft and Macintosh Operating Systems and Workstations experience
Network and Software Troubleshooting skills
Excellent written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Due to the nature of this position, US citizenship is required
Possess or have the ability to obtain security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience with reporting and business intelligence (BI)
Demonstrated understanding of security concerns and audience targeting
Experience in most current technologies
IT related certifications, including CompTia A+
Able to support a variety of devices at our primary office and remote support
Understanding of Remote Access capabilities and functionality
Ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team
Demonstrated experience with web development
Demonstrated effective verbal communication with clients at all levels
Demonstrated successful collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team
Consistent, professional dress and manner
Willing to work some weekends and evenings
Ability to travel on a limited basis
