Position Summary:

The Identify, Apply and Scale (IAS) capability, located in Beavercreek, OH, is the hub of the Rapid Sustainment Office and will be the lead in bringing together a comprehensive network of new technological methods, processes, and techniques. Success will come from our teamwork and mutual respect for each other’s talents and unique perspectives.

The Salesforce Administrator needs to be comfortable working in an agile environment while performing system implementation, configuration, and tuning, but also have experience creating reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Associates Degree in Computer Information System or related field
- Security+ certification
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Demonstrated understanding of setting up users, profiles and roles, and configuring reports, and dashboards in the Salesforce platform
- Experience with declarative development in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to custom fields, page layouts, workflows and flows
- Demonstrated design, coding, and implementation of Salesforce applications
- Demonstrated experience with developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Understands and applies change management procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and, PowerPoint
- Working understanding of interactions with DOD personnel and their CRM needs
- Ability to work with software and database engineers to create processes, data sets, and visualizations
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication with clients at all levels
- Demonstrated successful collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Due to the nature of this position, US citizenship is required
- Attention to Detail

Preferred Qualifications:

- Three years minimum of directly applicable Salesforce experience
- CompTia A+ Certifications
- Previous experience with AFLCMC
- Familiarity with SOQL, SQL, Apex, Java, JavaScript, HTML and VisualForce. SOQL, Apex, and Visualforce preferred.
- Working knowledge of Mavensmate, Eclipse, or Visual Studio Code
- Applicable Salesforce certifications (i.e. Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Community Cloud)
- Experience with business analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and how they pertain to the Salesforce platform.
- Flexible, agile, dependable, and responsive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Consistent, professional dress and manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage various project activities ensuring accurate task completion
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Possess or have ability to obtain SECRET security clearance
