Position Summary: The University Of Dayton School of Engineering seeks qualified applicants to serve as the KEEN Program Coordinator. The KEEN Program Coordinator will work with the Director of the Visioneering Center to develop, organize, and execute the KEEN program which focuses on faculty development to enhance undergraduate engineering education. In addition, this position supports numerous School of Engineering programs and initiatives run through the Office of the Dean. Duties include: working collaboratively with faculty to develop curricular enhancements, marketing, budget management, data analysis, event management, drafting reports, and various administrative functions.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, education, or equivalent.

Two plus years of work experience that includes project and/or event management.

Willingness and ability to engage with faculty one on one and in groups.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with university faculty.

Two years experience in higher education and five years of experience overall.

Ability to influence, persuade, and encourage faculty to participate in the KEEN Program.

Knowledge of budget management. Excellent oral communication skills.

Ability to travel via air for up to 3 days.
