Position Summary: This position is for a project manager to support multiple projects related to automation and robotics, augmented/virtual reality, additive manufacturing, cold spray repair or sustainment technology integration. The work will primarily support federal government customers and industrial business customers. Specific work tasks include managing and supporting multiple projects through the application of knowledge, skills, and tools, and successfully managing project and program cost, schedule, performance and risk. Additional responsibilities include effectively executing all five phases of project management (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring/Control, and Closure) against all assigned programs and projects. The position is responsible to achieve all assigned operational objectives, contribute information and recommendations to strategic planning efforts, support an environment of continuous process improvement, and positively affect cultural change within the organization with an emphasis on strong demonstrated servant leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Science (BS) degree applicable to business.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience managing technical projects.
3. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
4. Self-starter with strong writing and briefing skills.
5. Demonstrated effective verbal communications with client at senior levels of leadership.
6. Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
7. US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Effective interpersonal communications skills.
2. Experience managing projects related to sustainment technologies.
3. Experience managing USAF projects.
4. Experience managing advanced manufacturing projects.
4. Working Knowledge of UD or UDRI principles, policies, and procedures.
5. Working knowledge of US Air Force policies and procedures.
6. Demonstrated successful collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.
7. Previous forecasting and budgetary experience.
8. Proficient in MS Project or Open Plan
9. Demonstrated successful experience in proposal writing.
10. Demonstrated experience purchasing materials and services on government contracts.
