Position Summary:

The Assistant Director for Kennedy Union Evening Operations is responsible for managing facilities, operations, and student staff within Kennedy Union and auxiliary meeting locations afternoons and evenings. This position typically works from 1pm - 9pm Mon-Fri with occasional flexibility and weekend work. Also directly manages operations and staff within The Hangar games room in Kennedy Union.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree;
Strong attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple priorities;
Ability to use room scheduling software and meeting room diagramming software;
Experience working with audio visual equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

Supervisory experience;
Effective interpersonal communications skills; Working knowledge of AV equipment, sound, projection, and other technological devices;
Experience using EMS scheduling software;
Experience working with bowling equipment;
Knowledge of bowling center operations.

A federal court on December 7, 2021, issued a ruling that suspends the COVID-19 vaccine requirement that applies to federal contractors nationwide.
