This position will assist in maintaining continuity of care for the children enrolled at the Bombeck Family Learning Center. The position will report daily to replace teachers when they have scheduled time off. The primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with staff members to provide nurturing care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences meeting the ongoing needs of the children ranging in age of 6 weeks to 6 years. The position will also need to establish positive rapport with families.

| Minimum Qualifications: |
High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers in an early care and education setting. Previous experience working in a team setting. Knowledge of ODJFS licensing and regulations.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:
Knowledge of the quality rating and improvement system (SUTQ). Knowledge of NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct. Working toward obtaining CDA or other ECE degree.
