Position Summary: The Programs Coordinator is responsible for executing all logistical aspects of an assigned portfolio of short term programming worldwide including, but not limited to, working with faculty to design programs, securing services with vendors, collecting student application materials, and running essential reports. Position will require occasional evening or weekend work. The Programs Coordinator will also engage in the promotion of all education abroad opportunities, and will advise students on faculty led programs and other education abroad options. This position reports to the Associate Director.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and two years of related professional experience OR a Master's degree and one year of related professional experience

Experience studying or living abroad

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Superior organizational skills

Ability to work some evenings and weekends

Ability to work with and include a diverse student, faculty and staff community

Preferred Qualifications:

At least one year of experience working with Studio Abroad software Experience advising students Participant on and/or managed a faculty led or short term program abroad Experience working with international service providers and/or travel services Strong presentation skills Experience working with diverse student, faculty and staff communities

Special Instructions to Applicants:
