Position Summary: |

The Manager, Project Management will lead the project management team, manage medium and large projects, and act as a liaison between UD divisions and UDit. The role will focus on implementing processes and standards for project management, ensuring successful project implementation and facilitating effective collaboration across teams.

Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Project Management or related technical field required 7 or more years of professional experience in project management Understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods Experience mentoring and coaching employees Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teams Experience working in a collaborative environment and promoting teamwork Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficient in building and managing detailed project plans Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage resource capacity and estimate timelines
