Position Summary: The Sensor Test and Evaluation Group is looking for a dedicated professional to support a rapid prototyping team, managing government and UDRI resources to support
the development of custom solutions for the Air Force. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing equipment for the Air Force, coordinating calibration schedules and managing consolidated tool kits with the ability to quickly adapt to changing standards. In-depth knowledge of government security, export-control and safety policies are a must.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 6 years of relevant experience OR 12 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience with the following in accordance with Air Force standards:
o Establishing and maintaining programs and procedures for management of Government property (major and minor) throughout facility spanning acquisition to disposal
o Establishing and managing calibration program for precision measurement equipment
o Maintaining security for and managing government property, Controlled Cryptographic Items, and Export Controlled equipment
o Managing and enforcing comprehensive tool control program
• Effective oral and written communication
• Due to requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be U.S. citizens

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

• Proficient in Air Force-approved TCMax® Asset Management Suite
• Experience establishing and managing comprehensive facility safety program, conducting monthly trainings for residents, and facility indoctrination training for incoming personnel and extended visitors
• Experience establishing and managing Hazardous Materials control and Occupational Health programs
• Experience with specialized logistics support for rapid experimentation and prototyping
o Quick-turn material handling, shipping and receiving
o Manipulate, store, and transport all components, systems, and equipment within a collaborative environment.
o Shipping and receiving- prepare, plan and execute cargo movements by express services, freight, and Military conveyance
o Research, prepare, and execute logistic support for the transport of test articles, equipment, consumables, and supplies to and from the test/demonstration site including OCONUS locations worldwide.
o Maintain qualification to operate Materiel Handling Equipment at the facility
• Familiarity with HazMat transport regulations and procedures to include packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements
• Experience maintaining program compliance and undergoing frequent audits and inspections from municipal, Air Force, and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) authorities
• Ability to adapt existing processes to meet changing requirements and standards when passed down from governing authorities
