Under the supervision of the Parking Services Assistant Director. Provides parking services to the University community using discretion and independent judgment. Performs high quality customer service in an extremely complex office environment.

Minimum Qualifications: |
High School diploma or equivalent Customer service experience Effective written communications skills Knowledge of and experience with software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office) Technical skills

Five years of demonstrated successful customer service experience Demonstrated experience to deal with conflict and complaints Effective verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work as a team Ability to work in a fast paced environment High degree of confidentiality required Evidence of strong organizational skills Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously Demonstrated ability to multi-task Evidence of strong analytical skills Ability to make sound decisions Demonstrated proficiency with other computer software and programs Evidence of strong problem solving skills Effective interpersonal communication skills
