We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineers, with systems level thinking, to support a diverse range of engineering, digital materiel management, and applied research projects for government and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, possess strong technical acumen, and experience with projects from inception through completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and within scope.

This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to implement and optimize Digital Materiel Management processes within Air Force projects
• Analyze and interpret data, identifying trends
• Support the implementation of digital tools and systems that enhance materiel management efficiency
• Assist in the integration of digital solutions for lifecycle management of Air Force assets
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders on DMM practices and methodologies
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance team knowledge of digital materiel management

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Systems, or related technical field)
• Understanding of aircraft or complex systems design and operation
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in related engineering position
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clients, technical and programmatic teams, and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership abilities, taking ownership of project outcomes and driving proactive solutions to challenges
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring successful project outcomes while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving needs
• Understanding of types of digital data and formats delivered as part of a formal technical data package
• Success facilitating sharing of engineering, cost, or supply data across functional areas to improve decision making process, time, or accuracy
• Due to requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data large data sets, identifying trends and opportunities for connecting disparate data sources
• Experience supporting the development and maintenance of digital tools, systems, and/or processes that enhance commercial or government digital transformation efficiency
• Proficiency in data analysis software; experience with database management and programming languages is a plus
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in digital engineering, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), or digital materiel management
• Familiarity with digital materiel management practices, tools, and processes
• Knowledge of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify) methodologies
• Experience working on government contracts or working with government clients
• Solid understanding of systems engineering principles and applied research practices
