The IT Project Manager/Business Analyst will report to the Director, Project and Demand Management in UDit and work closely with a variety of departments across the University. This role will drive university strategies by managing projects of varying sizes using a structured project methodology. The Project Manager/Business Analyst will help drive business requirements and design, coordinate resources, build detailed project plans, and manage projects to successful completions.

Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other applicable area OR five years of demonstrated, relevant experience in IT project management Experience working collaboratively on diverse, multi-faceted teams to drive desired outcomes Ability to influence internal and external customers without direct authority Evidence of strong communication skills – written, oral, interpersonal Exceptional organizational and documentation skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects, including schedule, budget, and resources, simultaneously Proven knowledge of project management fundamentals Advanced level skills with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint or similar productivity tools Ability to effectively gather, document and understand business requirements Ability to facilitate solution design discussions and get consensus on path forward

Preferred Qualifications: |
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:
Relevant graduate level degree in fields such as MBA, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, Psychology or Communication Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Business process mapping and optimization experience Five or more years of prior experience successfully managing a broad portfolio of large-scale projects
