Position Summary:

Are you a passionate football enthusiast with an eye for detail? The University of Dayton's Athletics Division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Coordinator for Football Operations and Video to join our team.

The Coordinator of Football Operations and Video assists the football staff with day to day operations of the program. Core responsibilities include: day to day communication with players and staff, coordinating team travel (which includes transportation, hotel, meeting space, and meal logistics), coordinating and managing student film staff, video uploads and opponent exchange. Additionally, this position will assist coaching staff with on campus recruiting, assist with coordination of activities associated with sports camps, clinics and team events, and daily administrative duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Experience working with collegiate student-athletes
Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with sports video management systems
Possess a valid driver's license, maintain a low risk driving record and is insurable by the University

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field
Experience in organizing and managing sports camps
Knowledgeable in organizing and managing recruiting strategies
Able to demonstrate good, working knowledge of DVSport Gameday and 360 or similar system
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace software systems
Ability to turn out detail oriented work
Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced NCAA DI college football setting
Able to demonstrate excellent organizational and problem solving skill sets
