Position Summary: |
We are seeking an effective Program Manager to support and grow digital programs execution. The role is a blend of program execution oversight with business developmenta and growth strategy support. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven professional who thrives in cross-sector collaboration. He/she will execute strategic initiatives as well as manager ongoing programs. This position requires both strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and practical program management skills to implement foundational programs and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with UDRI leadership to launch and scale initiatives that integrate digital principals and align with client needs while remaining adaptable to emerging opportunities.
Cultivate strategic partnerships between small business, large industry, and government agencies in accordance with the institute's overall strategy.
Create frameworks for future funding opportunities and proposal development.
Support external communications and thought leadership initiatives.
Represent the institute in various settings to promote collaboration, secure resources, and advance innovation.
Monitor industry trends and technological developments to ensure new initiatives remain relevant and forward-looking, providing strategic recommendations to leadership.

Minimum Qualifications: |
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field - 3 years relevant experience - Demonstrated successful supporting small business technology transition to the Air Force - Demonstrated successful experience in contracting on classified programs - Demonstrated successful experience working in innovative contracting and program management roles - Entrepeneurial experience taking a vision from idea to execution - Demonstrated comprehension of government funding process - DAU or PMP program management certification
- Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen
