As an initial point of service for the Registrar’s Office, the Registrar Coordinator will create and maintain academic records, ensure the integrity of academic records, administer Registrar processing, and provide outstanding customer service to students, parents, alumni, faculty, and staff through a variety of service interactions, primarily graduation. Additionally, the Registrar Coordinator will also support scheduling activities for academic and non-academic events with accurate, detailed, and timely responses to inquiries and provide backup administrative support for other registrar-related business transactions.
The Registration Graduation Coordinator will work individually and as a member of a team to make tangible contributions to UD’s mission to become an anti-racist university. All employees are empowered to attend workshops, seminars, and other educational experiences to deepen their understanding of our mission. The Registration Graduation Coordinator is expected to meet semi-annually with their supervisor to identify the ways in which they are both individually and collaboratively working to advance inclusion within the University of Dayton community.

Preferred Qualifications: |
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:
● Two years experience in a Registrar’s office or collegiate records administration experience ● Proficiency with an ERP system ● Experience with Banner SIS ● Proficiency with MS Office and other related software ● SalesForce experience ● Event planning experience
