| Position Summary: |
The Scenario & Exercise Integration Coordinator provides technical support to research, modeling, simulation, and wargaming activities. Responsibilities include preparing scenario data, maintaining configuration artifacts, coordinating event logistics, ensuring readiness, and supporting scenario logic development across contributors. |
| Minimum Qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, analytics, or related field - 3+ years relevant experience - Experience supporting technical or analytical workflows requiring organization and documentation discipline - Ability to interpret structured technical data and follow defined workflows - Strong attention to detail and written communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Attention to Detail - Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision - Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen - Secret clearance required

| Preferred Qualifications: |
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:
- Experience creating data/scenario materials for modeling/simulation/wargaming - Familiarity with structured analytic approaches - Experience in multidisciplinary technical environments - Demonstrated experience executing DoD defense simulations - Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage various project activities ensuring accurate task completion - Active US Security Clearance with Top Secret eligibility
