Position Summary: This entry level position will be responsible for working, as part of a diverse and skilled technical team, to write and test software in high level languages and to develop and test positioning, navigation, and timing algorithms from concept to implementation. Eligibility to obtain a United States SECRET clearance (or higher) is required for ongoing employment in this position.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or other relevant technical field
- Due to the nature of this position, US. Citizenship is required
- Eligibility to obtain a United States SECRET clearance (or higher) is required for ongoing employment in this position
- Demonstrated academic experience developing software using C++ or Python

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other relevant technical field
- Background in image processing and/or optics
- Familiarity with magnetic data capture and processing
- Familiarity with positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) principles
- Familiarity with LIDAR
- Demonstrated experience with conducting fundamental, basic research and development and applying concepts in a research setting
- Demonstrated, successful experience with data exploitation and analysis
- Demonstrated (academic or professional) experience with MATLAB
- Demonstrated experience working in Linux environments
- Demonstrated professional experience with C++ or Python
- Demonstrated experience (academic or professional) with source code version control systems such as Git, Subversion, or similar
- Demonstrated, effective interpersonal skills
- Active US SECRET (or higher) clearance
