Position Summary:

The Identify, Apply and Scale (IAS) capability , located at the Greene Towne Centre, is the hub of the Rapid Sustainment Office and will be the lead in bringing together a comprehensive network of new technological methods, processes, and techniques. Success will come from our teamwork and mutual respect for each other’s talents and unique perspectives.

The IAS Hub administrative associate, with limited supervision, is responsible for administrative operations and support to the staff at the IAS facility. Daily operations include greeting and directing visitors, management of documents with creation, formatting, reviewing and editing, conference room management, office supply management, employee time cards, document tracking and training, calendar management, travel forms, and document filing. This position will work closely with the Sustainment Technology Transition division administration team to ensure consistent communication as well as process and procedure implementation/usage.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field or 4+ years diverse, progressive administrative experience
Demonstrated attention to detail
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to effectively manage various activities ensuring accurate task completion
Demonstrated effective and clear communication skills with team members at all levels
Capable of working independently, with little supervision, in a fast-paced environment.
Maintains a high level of professionalism, through dress, manner, and communication.
Deadline oriented and creative problem solver
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work with different personality types
High level of expertise with MS Office and Office 365 tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Demonstrated ability to write basic non-technical correspondence
Ability to work closely with a multi-disciplinary team
Flexible in assignment of tasks and hours
Ability to complete occasional travel (less than 5%)
