Position Summary: This position will support a facility housing advanced manufacturing programs for sustainment activities. The position will be responsible for both facility and equipment maintenance, installation, and processes/procedures. The successful candidate will provide technical support to manufacturing operations teams, infrastructure needs studies, and long term implementation strategies. The majority of the work will support government customers, but some industry partners will be supported as well.
Minimum Qualifications:

8 years facilities engineering or maintenance management experience.
5 years hands-on equipment maintenance/installation, facilities maintenance or skilled construction trade experience.
Demonstrated 2D and 3D CAD drawing creation experience.
Demonstrated experience with coordination of facility repairs/upgrades.
Demonstrated experience with preventative & general maintenance of building and related equipment.
2 years min experience with leading construction/renovation projects,
Demonstrated familiarity with local and nation building code and other national code compliance.
Familiar with various manufacturing processes such as NC machining, forging, casting, heat treatment or surface finishing.
Ability to create, read, and interpret models, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports with working knowledge of GD&T standards.
Facility safety/security management experience.
Working knowledge in Excel and other MS Office Suite programs.
1 year experience and demonstrated familiarity with site safety leadership
Working experience with Job Safety Analyses (JSA’s) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS’s)
Attention to detail and hands-on work ethic.
Due to the nature of this position, US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent related field).
