Position Summary: This position serves as Assistant Administrator for the Fuels & Combustion Division. Responsibilities for this position include: recording and tracking of budget/funding expenditures of contracts; coordination of financial vouchers and deliverables on contracts, grants, and internal accounts; administration of subcontract modifications, vouchers, and budget revisions; coordination of personnel matters for the division including timecards, new hires, and base passes; monitoring and screening of purchases and invoices; and serving as division liaison with sponsors and other UD/UDRI offices.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or a minimum of 4 years of diverse, progressive administrative experience. Technical mastery of advanced software features of office software, such as: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, FrontPage and Project), Adobe PhotoShop, and Adobe Acrobat. Skillful in managing time, planning and organization skills Demonstrated analytical skills Effective written communication skills Ability to solve problems, think creatively and coordinate complex tasks. Knowledge of standard contract accounting methods. Due to the nature of this position, US citizenship is require

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with UDRI policies/procedures and Costpoint software. Familiarity with administration of government and industrial contracts, grants, and subcontracts. Independent problem solving skills in finance and excellent multitasking skills. Effective oral and interpersonal communication skills
