This position will support the AM Engineering Group, senior program managers, production team, and engineers. Specifically, the position will help engineers with weekly project management tasks using agile inspired methods to ensure projects stay on track. The focus of this role will be on lower-level detail items that roll up into the high-level task order (to include production, engineering support, customer support, and quality). This will include tracking of daily schedules, formatting of raw technical or financial information into desired formats, and coordinating schedule, cost, and deliverables with the contract business and program management teams. As well, review of contract deliverables before submission will be part of this role’s responsibilities. Finally, this position will provide customer-facing support, present data, and transmit information as requested. Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) is a must.

Minimum Qualifications: |
P2 Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in business management, technical, or equivalent. 2. 5+ years of experience in technical project management. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). 4. Experience in Agile Project Management. 5. Experience in MS Project for project management. 6. Experience in creating professional briefings and communications using MS PowerPoint. 7. Attention to detail. 8. Effective interpersonal communication skills. 9. Successful collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team. 10. Effective written and verbal communication with clients at all levels. 11. Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision. 12. Due to the nature of this position, US citizenship is required.
P3 Minimum Qualifications: A P3 must meet all P2 minimum qualifications in addition to the qualification listed below. 1. 8+ years of experience in technical project management.

Preferred Qualifications: |
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:
1. Agile scrum master certificate. 2. DAU level I or II Life cycle Logistics certification or PMP certification. 3. Working knowledge of US Air Force policies and procedures. 4. 10+ years of business, finance, or technical project management experience. 5. Demonstrated successful experience in proposal writing. 6. Experience working with engineering and technical teams and projects. 7. Active CAC holder. 8. Experience working with socially and culturally diverse communities.
