If so, the Department of Management and Marketing invites you to apply for the Lecturer in Marketing and the Director of the Fiore Talarico Center for Professional Selling.

The department has nationally recognized centers which sponsor several real-world competitions for students as part of our experiential learning emphasis across the curriculum. Our Talarico Center for Professional Selling trains and sponsors students to compete (and win) sales competitions around the U.S. And, the Crotty Center for Entrepreneurship also brings theory-to-practice through Flyer Pitch – a business plan competition with $150,000 in cash prizes and more than $50,000 of in-kind prizes/services, Flyer Enterprises - one of the largest student-run business organizations in the country, and Flyer Consulting - a student organization providing business consulting to nonprofit institutions. Furthermore, our presence in the local community with the Innovation Hub in downtown Dayton and the Greater West Dayton Incubator supports these immersive programs. Likewise, all our majors require students to complete a challenging hands-on capstone course that involves projects with local/regional firms. Our faculty is active and collegial, and collaboration is encouraged and rewarded. Please visit our website to learn more about the department and School of Business.
