The Web Content Specialist helps communicate the University of Dayton’s distinctive stories and attributes – from faith and community to academics and experiential learning.
This position is responsible for writing and arranging content (text, photos, videos, stats, etc.) on the University’s website in a way that is impactful and inspiring -- and drives user engagement. This is not a technical position; knowledge of HTML is *not* necessary. Rather, this position requires someone who can clearly and concisely communicate ideas, think creatively and strategically, and organize content so it is meaningful and useful to our target audiences.
In partnership with colleagues across campus, the Web Content Specialist will ensure content on UD websites aligns with the University's strategic priorities, helps drive admissions efforts, engages alumni, encourages philanthropy and supports brand messaging. This position will also identify ways to streamline web content and assist in executing the University's overall digital marketing strategy.
