Position Summary:

Are you an experienced HVAC & R professional seeking a fulfilling career where you can make a tangible impact? Look no further than the University of Dayton's Facilities Management & Planning division! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC & R Technician to join our team in maintaining and optimizing the University's state-of-the-art heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Provide services to support the continued operation, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment, and all related systems, including automation controls/energy management.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school graduate
- Completion of HVAC Certification Programs
- Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification
- DDC & Pneumatic Controls Training
- Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable by the University, which includes maintaining a low risk driving record.
- Documentation required for all of the above

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

- Five years of recent experience performing work as described herein Institutional experience
