The successful candidate will manage government and commercial software projects using an Agile software development methodology. The candidate will be responsible for the product backlog, sprints, managing clients, project budget, reporting, and making sure quality metrics are being meet.

Minimum Qualifications: |
B.S. in Communications, Management or related field A minimum of 4 years of leading software projects/teams acting as a scrum master using agile process. Experience with Agile SCRUM software development process and tools, specifically Microsoft DevOps. Show successful use of the agile process with track record leading midsize development projects/teams developing midsize project Experience with source code management practices and tools, such as SVN/Git/TFS. Experience with continuous integration tools, such as Jenkins/TeamCity/Travis CI. Effective verbal communication skills. Experience with software systems that track parts data and manufacturing processes. Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen.

Demonstrated or documented experience with customer interactions. Experience with project issue resolution. Experience with team member motivation strategies. Experience in project tracking and reporting. Documented Scrum Master Certification(s).
